Mid Ranged Starting Point (10 Meters Apart)
Chios is a northern area of O’uzu Island, characterized by the comparatively more rocky terrain here on the long hill range that occupies much the island. The area also hosts grass- and woodlands around the hill range’s edges and the coastline, but it is in the mineral-rich hillside that most of Chios’ population can be found living in mining towns.
I shall be utilizing Mirabelle Nariyuki in signature, post thy bio and I'll start first.
The Queen of Sin was on her yearly leisurely strolls throughout the western continent. Having been trapped in her office for several hours on end can be quite the deficient to one’s health, this including a lady of her stature. However; where’s there freedom, there’s a that underlying feeling of chaos lurking in every corner, which in this case was someone tailing her. Mirabelle idly pretended not to acknowledge her existence at first but afterwards she quickly turned on her heel and greeted the little stalker. “Arya” she addressed the shinobi, her eyes traced over to the youngster. She wasn’t sure what she wanted from her but knowing the people of her village, they always seemed to want to challenge the Queen of Sin for some odd reasoning she had yet to figure out. She can feel the intent and desire for combat leaking into the atmosphere, it was too obvious. “You know I’m on vacation, right? Therefore, you should have some respect and go home” she issued a command, not a suggestion. As she issued the warning, her blade was drawn – normally this would have triggered the Journey of Swordless, but she was on vacation and didn’t think to have it active, but carrying her bisento and nodachi was for her own security reasons as well. Immediately, she quick drew the blade while transitioning it into a quick set of hand seals. This combined motions and gestures would have triggered various things. The first of which would allow a barrier to expand from her position instantly up to mid-range, which from the terrain small arcs of black electricity surged from it. The barrier’s offense capability was in play, as several bolts of black lightning surged from within and started to chase after Arya herself.
This was remotely controlled by Mirabelle herself – as the Queen of Sin had utilized another technique; which drained the barrier of its automatic tracking function. This left her with having to actively control it herself, but in return a cloud of chakra would have rested around her, with the particular trait remaining attached to it. As such, the bolts of electricity wasn’t as powerful as it normally should be but this was simply a warm up for her. The true intentions will only be seen when the time comes. Mirabelle adjusted her nodachi back into it’s scabbard, as she placed her hand on her hips now – curious more so to Arya’s intentions of being here. “Don’t you know it’s dangerous to stalk someone?” the Queen of Sin prompted towards her.
(Kuroi Kaminari/Fuinjutsu: Fukitsuna Hibun) Black Lightning/Sealing Technique: Ominous Inscription

Description: After utilizing three hand seals, the entire vicinity of the user (up to ten meters) becomes shrouded in a zone of black electricity; which in turn remains dormant at the time. Accompanied by an intangible barrier around the area of effect, this barrier is designed to detect foreign chakra and linked towards the source of black lightning. As such once per turn, at the cost of a move – the barrier automatically triggers in order to cause the black lightning within the zone to immediately home in on the foreign chakra source (prioritizes the highest amount unless the user willingly guides it in this case). This causes multiple bolts of electricity to aim to strike down the intended target, shocking them violently and causing paralysis for one turn if struck directly. It should be noted that simply “dodging” isn’t going to work as the barrier will always relay the new location of its target, causing electricity to redirect itself in turn (doesn’t count as a move slot). However only one instance of multiple bolts of electricity can exist, meaning no other bolts will be fired until the currently persisting one is destroyed. This can only be used twice per battle, lasting four turns each time. Once in use, the technique constantly occupies a move slot; while preventing the user of Black Lightning or Fuinjutsu A rank and above in the same turn of use and the following turn afterwards. The electricity is A ranked in damage; while the barrier travels up to mid range instantly alongside the saturation of the battle zone with black electricity where small arcs of the unique element spark off the ground.

This is a unique technique initiated by forming an additional two hand seals during the performance of another jutsu. This creates a cloud of semi-transparent chakra around the user that serves no direct offensive or defensive purpose, while due to the insubstantial nature of the cloud of chakra it cannot interact with or negatively effect the opponent or their techniques, and vice versa. This techniques singular function is to draw out a single trait of the initial technique that the user wishes to utilise, unique or not and to then copy this trait into the cloud of chakra, in which it will be held in an inactive state until it is used(Meaning that although the cloud can draw out a trait, it does not exhibit the trait itself, it simply ‘holds’ it.)
This ‘drawing out’ process weakens the initial jutsu slightly(falls by one rank or -20 damage) and the cloud will change colour to indicate it is active and will display a colour based on the element of the technique it was used upon(eg. Red for fire, blue for water, etc) After drawing out a trait it can be used by the caster to alter a second jutsu that the user creates, imbuing it with the active cloud of chakra after forming an additional hand seal during the second jutsu’s performance. This fundamentally changes the second jutsu’s attributes by adding the copied trait and ends this technique. This would essentially transfer the held trait to the new jutsu while reinforcing it overall.(eg. Using this jutsu on the Dragon Flame Release Song Technique would allow the user to copy the heat from the fire or even the almost solid nature of the flames and imbue them into a following technique, etc.)

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Chakra: 70 ( -20 per turn to keep active )
Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

The barrier releases lightning at her which she uses her Gunbai and releases a burst of wind that neutralizes the lightning.
(Gunbai Uchiwa) - Army Arrangement Fan
Description: The legendary war fan of Uchiha Madara, the Gunbai Uchiwa is a wide fan weapon with a tomoe pattern on it, a long handle with bandages wrapped around the base and a long chain attached to it. The gunbai is very resilient, being virtually indestructible. Its edges are somewhat shart and its large size makes it ideal for defensive purposes. Additionally, the user can channel chakra into it while swinging it. By doing so, massive blasts of unfocused wind can be released with varying power from C-Rank to A-Rank, depending on the users chakra input. The range of the blast increases with its power (C-Rank Short Range; B-Rank Mid-Range; A-Rank Long Range). Additionally, it can be used to perform some unique and powerful techniques such as (Uchihagaeshi) Uchiha's Return.

“Soo not only did you stalk me, you can’t even muster the common courtesy to talk. How like you Uchihas…” she said with a hint of distaste in her words, it was evident that Mirabelle didn’t favor Arya’s kind. It was a complex relationship, considering Mirabelle’s own ancestry leads her to being a descendant of the very clan, though she never openly admits this to anyone. Never the less, as the gust of wind managed to neutralize the lightning; the Queen of Sin was expecting this to occur. She smirked, as she quickly activated her next technique as she stringed together hand seals. Upon the final hand seal; liquid bismuth would have been triggered to be released from about two meters behind Mirabelle as it the geyser launched into the it. It would subsequently shift it’s formation, into that of a rain of molten liquid metal – but due to the imprinted tactic added into the technique it would start to fall into the general direction of the opponent as it tracked his positioning. This allowed for all the liquid bismuth to continuously target the opponent. And last but not least, she would have attached powerful yin parasite onto the technique, causing Arya if she’s not careful to become subjected to the effects of Hungry Ghost. “I told you to leave…but it seems you won’t listen to reason…” Mirabelle said, clearly annoyed. She would have kept her barrier active, waiting for the opportunity to possibly reignite the barrier’s feature of producing a bolt of electricity towards the opponent. The entire time, Mirabelle would have avoided any kind of eye contact with her, as she is still aware of the dangers of those eyes. She would start to rush over toward Arya, as the rain of molten bismuth was attracted towards her, leaving her able to avoid being touched by it herself.

Damage: 80/turn + 20 = 100
Description: The user performs three handseals and ignites the skies by channeling bisumaton chakra into the skies above them. Standard sized droplets of molten bismuth will start to rain down on the field from Mid-Long range of where the user is, and the user cannot adjust the size or location of the droplets. This can be done with or without sourceless materializing although if the user does not have that specialty they will need to form a gigantic pillar of molten bismuth that they stretch out from behind them and let go as it reaches the skies and expands into a barrage of rain. The only real advantage the user gets if they possess the sourceless materializing is the element of surprise. While this technique is ongoing, the user is limited in terms of that they can perform. This limits them to only using fire, wind and earth as well as KGs/AEs/CEs based on either one of those elements. Regular skills are not affected although no forbidden techniques. Each droplet of the rain causes extreme pain and will sink through the skin, flesh and bones through any limb or body it hits until it has passed through. Each drop falls faster than that of regular rain as bismuth is by far heavier and denser making the technique almost unavoidable, but it is still possible for the user to catch sight of the rain long before it actually makes contact with them. The user can only use the bismuth to form techniques from the bismuth or to create more bisumaton techniques only once the bismuth has hit the ground. This technique can only be used twice per battle and can stay on the field for two turns while it requires a two-turn cool-down. The user can only use two other moves while this is active.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique
Chakra Cost: N/A (+50)
Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

Alright so that’s a TL call and thus my technique goes unhindered. Will edit my next move in shortly.
As Arya seemingly got struck by the liquid bismuth, Mirabelle’s head tilted in confusion. Never the less, she wanted to finish this as soon as she could. As such, the liquid bismuth continued to rain down on the opponent, carrying another wave of it directly towards Arya, burning her into oblivion completely. However just to be certain of her victory – Mirabelle would have played a deadly illusion onto her target. As she does the required hand seals, Arya would have been subjected to the it as a rapid amount of liquid began to spew from her mouth, nose and other crevices on her body. Over time, she would become nothing more than a bloated pig, drowning to her own saliva in a sense. Mirabelle would have infused an additional amount of chakra into it as well, gifting it an elemental nature of fire. This would in the illusion make the water scolding hot, burning and scorching the skin of the target. She would have simply watched as the battle continued.
Genjutsu: Akuma no Izumi | Illusionary Arts: The Demonic Fountain
Range: Short to Mid
The user does 2 hand seals (Ram+Dog) and inserts his chakra into his opponents brain. By doing this he triggers an illusion were the enemy will suddenly feel as if water is gushing inside his mouth, both bursting and flowing out of his mouth but also into his air ways, drowning him from the inside. The water gushes and flows with increased volume and speed as time passes, quickly overflowing his air ways, lungs, gastric tract, stomach and also his ears, leaving the enemy in a state of desperation as he struggles to breathe and gain balance within this demonic overflow of water. As the human reflex in a drowning situation is to gasp for air, the enemy will eventually start, in reality, to hyperventilate (without noticing) which will lead progressively to him fainting. Of course, all of what the enemy experiences is but an illusion and his lost of conscience is due to his own hyperventilating panic.

(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.
