I don't understand why everyone is saying this,

One or two blasts from the fox and the octcpus will blast those metors to kingdom come.

remember the 3rd stone kage dealt with one metor by himself.

Killing an entire shinobi race isn't that easy, otherwise madara and hasihrama wouldn't have been in wars with many clans over many many years.

it just isn't like that one hit and win, otherwise the war would been over long ago and we wouldn't even be here talking about this.
