Shinobi alliance getting wiped out

What is holding Obito and Madara back from just firing a second TBB and wiping out the whole alliance in one attack?
I am curious to how the alliance will be able to put up a fight.

Yeah, they helped 2 Yamanaka members, including Ino, to Shintenshin into the Uchiha that control Juubi, to make the TBB miss. But I dont believe they can keep spamming Shintenshin, so they gotta come up with something else.

Kakashi should just transport a tbb into the other dimension and bring it back when it overlaps with the juubi eye in this dimension. Then the tbb could hit the juubi on the inside like at his cornea.

Alot ninja need to start dying here, Madara can take on the whole ninja army by himself, and the juubi is suppose to be stronger, it should be nothing to wipe out most of the fodders. And maybe some sacrifice deaths, like Guy or lee 8 gates style, or Hinata risking her life for Naruto, or Kakashi or something dammit. And did anybody see the kages? or they still mia?

If Madara starts dropping those meteorites again, combined with his wood jutsu and the Jiubi's TBB i don't see how the alliance would manage. But that combo would be somewhat overkill so i don't think it will happen.
