Shino and Neji shall win this with high difficulty IMO.
Neji is a genius and will think of a way to win this fight, and his Byakugan will help him in this fight since it has 360ْ field of vision, and Shino is a very strong shinobi, Kiba said that when he gets serious everything ends, on the other hand Sasuke have Susano'o and Amaterasu which is the biggest threat to them, but Neji will be able to deflect Amaterasu with his Chakra Rotation, and while Sasuke is activating Susano'o and tries to strike them with Amaterasu inside Susano'o his Chakra would be drained.. I think Neji with Shino is too much for Sasuke alone to handle.
