Hinata has an advantage against sakura since she is comparitivly slower
and uses chakra enhancements
but even if soloed by Neji she would need Shinno to drain some chakra

databook states sakuras faster. plus sakura needs one hit. hinata needs, what? 32? and gentle fist damages organs but sakura can heal any damage hinata does to her.

if shippuden then obviously neji the jounin crushes both by himself. gentle fist destroys anything chakra based so he can just hit the bugs before they start draining his chakra. he can see them because of byakugan. hinatas no threat to him.
