You think its not simple at all do you ?
Well let me crack that illusion around you and lead you to ever lasting truth
sometimes the truth hurts and i too found it surprising at first.
1.The kidaichū
Though initially small in size, if provided with the incorrect amount of chakra, these insects immediately begin to devour the flesh of their host, This justu would use sasukes strong and superior amount of chakra against him.Shino could have them attracted to sasuke like semehada to Killer B.
A.His mainline of defense would be enton or chidori nagashi as susanoo would get eaten through in seconds.anytime his susano is not up is a bad situation for sasuke.
NOTE:as noted by Shino Aburame, it also makes these insects particularly troublesome to harbour even within the user's own body.Shocasing the need for precise control which means shino has master chakra control

SASUKE COULD USE THE sharingan but shino could block out his vision with a cloud of bugs and poison he would see nothing but blurs and hear nothing but buzzing making it hard to concentrate.

4..Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon
justu which can at any point make shino's bugs bigger in poportion to the amount of chakra they feed off him.
This supplmentry justu can be used on his microscopic vemon betles why you ask ?
Because contact with those bettles means certain necrosis or death of the cells it touches if he creates a beetle big enough it can run into susanoo as a suicide bomber and instantly take it down
otherwise the nano beetles are restricted to psychical contact which shino cannot do since sasuke would is faster.
(Its basically shino's version of the dust release albeit not the same in how it works but its effects.)
Shino could even use this on summonings of flesh and blood meaning any summoning is doomed to die and turn to blood.So sasukes animal path is now rendered useless

this technique is the best i will tell you why shino can hide the microscopic bettles with the insects in this tornado and sasuke woulsn't be able to tell with his sharingan as the micrscopic ones would be hidden within the insects of the insect tornado
meaning sasuke could very much suffer the fate he narrowingly escaped when fighting deidara

however sasuke can swap places making it hard to fight him but if shino keeps making him swap in the wrong places with perfectly timed bugs then its over as sasuke can't keep concentrating on which bug he swaps with when there swirling around him
