-does the same making multiple shadow hands burst out from the ground and grab hold of you and as for the tsunami i spin around in place using image flash step and let loose my zanpaktou as it spins creating a cyclone type disc cutting down the tsunami enough for me to jump over and grab the chain of my blade to pull it back to me-
