Shimura and Sarutobi

So, we know that there are still a ton of Sarutobi clan members, but what about the Shimura? They all killed during the Third War or something?

Danzo did seem pretty pissed about Hiruzen trying to end the war peacefully...

Yes, Hashirama even says that the Sarutobi and Shimura clans were moving in the leaf village in the flashback.

Yes, they joined Konoha along with the Sarutobi, remember?

Danzo's clan. Hashirama mentioned that they alongside the Sarutobi were joining Konoha, to which Madara showed surprise. So the Shimura were a pretty well-known clan, at least during the Clan War era.
