You can pretty much consider everyone from the newer generation prodigious or close. They all know, and learned a lot more than their parents at respective ages. If you ask me, Himawari is the front runner, with Bolt just about neck and neck.

I'll give Boruto credit where its due, that was pretty awesome and something that Naruto couldn't do, just disappointing af that he was brought in to the story as a cheater whereas he could have been something great from the start. That Odama Rasengan was still beast af.

I see it as character development, I mean hell he got that far (while cheating) because he didn't train hard or take anything seriously. I say when he actually commits himself into being a shinobi (now that he found his dream/goal), he'll be something grand. We did see the fruits of his labor at the end of the movie, he made a regular sized Rasengan by himself with no clones. Something Naruto could only do at 16 (he did pull off at 13 once but he needs clones to make it /better/ or something, I forgot what the reason was when he used it against Kabuto)
