This is just a dumb ass thread but imagine if Naruto :naruto: had Shikamarus mind!
He would be unreal, like an ultimate ninja lol

wow that would be totally cool, but inteligent naruto? that would ruin whole naruto series, i mean that stupid naruto is far more funny than if he would have IQ over 200

Naruto has already become smart if you back track and look the way naruto was, up till the fight with pain, he has become a great ninja and he has smarts now, maybe not as good as shikamarus but with narutos genral skill and sage mood, he really is looking like one unstopable guy.

yah narutos skill on the battlefield and able to think ahead is far more important than regular smarts on the street like he was able to think ahead like shikamaru in his fight with pain like how he did the clone turned into a rasenshuriken which tackled one another one came down with a rasenrengan to take out one and he threw an actual rasenshuriken if the last pains powers hadnt come back that wouldve ended the fight right there

I like Naruto's heart better than Shikamura's smarts. With Shikamura's high level IQ, Naruto may have been able to defeat Nagato much quicker and more efficiently, but I don't believe he would have been able to reach Nagato in order to restore the lives that were lost. Certain things just take heart.....and if there's one thing he does have it's exactly that. Naruto's fine just how he is in my book...

why should u be smart to be an good ninja, shikamaru tinks everything is a drag, and Naruto does always want to go on am mission.

Shikaruto would be the ultimate ninja... he would made chunnin by 13, jounin by 14 or 15 and by this point in the story he would have defeated all the bad guys, emprisoned Sasuke and become hokage, because he'd have Shikamaru's intelligence, and Naruto's hardworking ettics, and powers... and we wouldn't had have the Naruto manga because that would not do for a fun story.

But yeah, that would be a crazily strong ninja
