This is something that has been bothering me since I first watched Naruto.
Shikamaru has the shadow Possession Jutsu, which when used, forces the target to mirror his moves right?
During the Chuunin Exams Prelims, he fights that sound kunoichi, and catches her in this jutsu, He draws shuriken and as she is forced to mirror she draws shuriken too!
Now when Shika, Naruto, Sakura and Pakkun, are chasing Gaara Shikamaru hangs back to slow down the pursuing enemy ninja, He entraps them in his possession jutsu, and draws shuriken, they follow him but don't have the shuriken Pouch on the correct leg, so end up Drawing air.
So my question is, Why doesn't Shikamaru use two Shuriken Pouches, one on each leg??
Most ninja have one pouch, so if he catches someone in his Possession Jutsu He could choose the pouch, which would have them drawing thin air instead of counter shuriken and Kill them?
He's like a genius strategist so it bugs me that he never thought of this?
