Shikamaru could be the strongest

I reckon if shikamaru had a major boost of chakra via kyuubi or any of the other tailed beasts, he could actually be one of "the" strongest ninjas in naruto. For those who disagree he:
* is one of the greatests thinkers in naruto genius level
* he is the ninja who defeated the immortal akatsuki guy
* he was the only one in his age group to pass the chunin exams
* he was considered to have the strategic mind of a general
* his shadow abilities are powerful enough to stop and control super powerful ninja's
* he can be 200 steps ahead in a fight
Therefore, with all of these qualities in addition to additional chakra he could in fact be the most powerful ninja in the leaf. Especially, if the chakra source is the Kyuubi. He would most probably be unstoppable!!!:no_ignore:

With Kyuubi's chakra and a wider range of jutsus, he can be the next God of Shinobi

On the contrary, I feel Kakashi easily be the most powerful shinobi ever if he had a boost of chakra... He has the mind needed (he nearly became hokage!!!), he has the variety of attacks which is possessed by no other shinobi, He has the mangekyu sharingan, he can instantly copy jutsus. His versatality makes him good at scouting, fighting, etc... He even has the heart and bravery needed, so I think that he is the 1.
