Naruto doesn't count, Neji maybe, Lee's too dumb, Shino hell no. As Alkaiser said, Shikamaru is capable of defeating anyone that's within his level range, as long as they aren't to OP like Naruto and Sasuke etc. This isn't DBZ, brute strength is irrelevent, ninjas are all about intelligence and Shiakmaru is the smartest
