Shikamaru best of Konoha 11?

Shikamaru is the smartest ninja in the village maybe with the exception of Shikaku, his dad. Also he is the only one of the Konoha 11 to defeat an Akatsuki member unless you count Sakura and Chiyo beating Sasori. Another thing, Tobi himself said that it's regrettable to have Shikamaru as an opponent. See?

He's good and makes good use of his half ass jutsu. I think Tobi's just giving him a little respect for stopping him briefly, nothing more. Shikkamaru was about to get crushed without Tobi lifting a finger. Naruto, Choji(butterfly mode), Neji and Lee can all take him.
