The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

*ok so following the same protocole as the normal shadow clones, i begin to channel my chakra and using lightning chakra, i create a lighting clone, with physical susbtance making it able of attacking *

*the clone evades the kunai and catches it from the handle , he then infuses lightning chakra into it and throws it back at you at more speed and with vibrating movements*

umm lightning clones cant do that, they only send lightning when using a lightning jutsu or when there killed and turn back into electricity(which can paralyze)

yeah
but in this clones case it can only do taijutsu, genjutsu and lightning element ninjutsu, so unless you have the vibrating projectile jutsu (kirabi's move), your clone cant do it.
