Wow, that was very extensive.

Part 1 Sakura actually had good abilities and skills. People often brush them under the rug.

The only thing part 1 Sakura lacked is a specific fighting style but she had all the abilities to have had one. Kakashi failed her in that aspect.

However, Tsunade picked up the slack in some ways. Still wish genjutsu casting became a thing for her. Also wish kishi made her have some natural uchiha level genjutsu breaking aptitude. Unfortunate, though she still ended the series as a solid kunoichi wish world known titles.

Now that we know that Kishi told the voice after that Sasuke and Sakura would end up together shortly after the anime started, I think he keep adding her hype with Genjutsu to let us know she is worthy of the name Uchiha, and hopefully to make Sarada more Op.
Because Obviously Kishi knew that ," Sakura is a normal girl", was crap because fangirling aside...he made her too perfect to begin with, She was too smart, Too Skilled and too relevant to the plot, so she had to be restricted only her restrict was more of neglect.

Sasuke and Naruto actually had a grow to reach the level Sakura was already at (just blank).
But yeah her having jutsu , genjtusu even at part 1, would've changed the plot, and stopped it.
Kishi said in a interview the plot didn't move until he create Sasuke, and everything happened once Sasuke left the leave village.
A developed Sakura would've stopped Sasuke, quite easily. Kishi may haved hyped the Sharringan with genjutsu reflection, but Sakura's genjutsu should be unbreakable, because it works by controlling chakra...and logically no one can out do Sakura in chakra control....maybe Tsunade in part 1, but this isn't confirmed either as Sakura began stroing the seal in late part 1.

Lol but Femme, Sakura really had no special ability at the time. I understand what you're trying to say Sakura had" potiential". But she's kinda like Naruto no natural talent and needed to apply herself

Perfect control of her chakra seems to be her KKG
as Sarada inherited it.
Sakura had the most talent in team 7 because of her chakra control and wits.
Sakura has shown more talent than anyone, because she didn't come from a ninja background or have a mentor.
Kakashi was only good because of his father
Sasuke and Itachi where Uchiha.
Ino even had a clan jutsu

Sakura was able to hold her own against 3 ninja using her wits and academy jutsu, in conjunction with her naturally chakra controlling ability.

i read it all and its actually a pretty good thread funny enough well except some wrong claims here and there but its backed up with scans. lets just say sakura was too concerned with sasukes pants to actually apply what she had properly. its a shame, kishi takes the fail in this.

And because Sasuke would probably have to fight her if she became to powerful, and he liked her too much to do so.
Sasuke supressed his feeling for Sakura so she wouldn't get in the way of his power, he literally meant that, Her love would case him to have to kill her if he wanted MS sharringan, this is proven when he thinks he kills naruto and nothing happens

When you say Sakura used her wits she just spam substitute jutsu and then made desperate attacks. Her CC was good but she had little desire to use what she was capable of. If she had pursued power then she would have gotten stronger. Don't blame her not having a teacher when she could have went out and sought one earlier.
