i say the sharingan is the stringest till now,but still the riningan looks oretty awsome and the byakugan suck.

well here's wht i belive in
rinningan:up to now it only show'd us two abilites giving the owner multiple eyesights and giving the user 6 elements
sharingan:showed us alot of ablities and diffrent forms and from what it looks like each uchiha has his own abilitie other than being able to cast genjutsu's
byakugan:it's the worst atm it only showed us two ablities that can't compete with the other doujutsus giving the user 360 dgree view and showing tenktsu's

2nd: Bakugan(because i think with this neji and hinata have some abilties that we have yet to see.....and its inpressive in battle and out)
Then LAstly Renningan: but i kould be worng...so far pein killed j-man...and i dont see how...he needs to show us a lil more for him to bump up)

Renningan is stated to be the strongest eye tech. We haven't seen anything about it yet hardly. Pein hasen't used any elemental tech yet and he can use all 6. So I'll say Renningan becuase we don't know it's true strength yet.

Only elements that we know Pein can use is that of Yahiko's, being water. But we haven't seen even 1 type of elemental jutsu cast by any of the other bodies... Yahiko casts rain jutsu back at his home village.
... Nagato personally uses wind, as a child.
