- Hand Seals: Bird, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Bird, Tiger.

- Effect: A technique which creates clones composed of water. These water clones have one tenth of the users stats and will disperse back into water after receiving a hit. Although rather weak, they can inherit chakra and be used to help out with water jutsu // Drain 75% chakra per clone
