Descripton: sends out a bunch of thin bolts of lightning from the user's hand that cling to the opponent and shock him/her.

to attack the whips of water and since it's plus 5 when used with a water type i believe that weaker bolts keep going at you then i use

Description: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. When the lightning jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a shockwave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual effected by the skill, giving a greater oppurtunity to plan the next attack.

on one of the rocks and use the sting attached to it to hit to swing the flaming rock to hit the other rocks and attack you
