ok here I go I use
(Fuuton:Kamaitachi)-Cutting Whirlwind
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description:A whirlwind of slicing wind
to cut the chains beforw it wraps me then I use
(Kirigakure No Jutsu)-Hidden Mist Jutsu
• Type: Supplementary
• Range: Short-Mid
• Chakra cost: 10
• Damage Points: N/A
• Descripton: Covers area in a mist that can be thick.
to hie myself then i appear behind you and since you cant see I use
Suiton:Suirou No Jutsu)-Water Style:Water Prison
• Type:Supplementary
• Range:Short
• Chakra cost:15
• Damage PointsN/A
• Descripton: Traps opponet in a orb of water that the user must maintain contact with or the jutsu is broken.

nope you cant do that cause in the prison you cant move
and even if you colud you would shock yourself and die cause its lightning + water
and you dont know where I am cause you cant see cause of the mist
