IMO i go with byakugan its built for taijutsu.

In part 1 i would have considered Byakugan > Sharingan via tijutsu. But in part 2 itachi/sasuke could keep up with the likes of raikage/km naruto/KB so i go with sharingan. Kishi has trolled byakugan

Byakugan of course. It covers every angles. It can be compared to the Pains shared vision. That make them really difficult to touch and get surprise. So Byakugan for the win.

one of them ms the other byakugan
than the ms user will win

dont forget that all the taijutsu techniques like kaiten are not coming from the byakugan
these are hyuuga jutsus not byakugan jutsus

if we are talking about an hyuuga versus an uchiha
then it could go out both ways
it depends on who the user is
