They fall asleep in the same turn I believe. You are stunned. You believe you still see the caster and are fighting but you are actually asleep. It can be broken if you somehow manage to wake up. Well this one is difficult to deduct as a genjutsu. What would you do?

At the start of a battle always make sure not to look your opponent in the eyes, ever. When you do that, Sharingan Illusions hold no power over you unless they don't need eye contact. This one, I don't see any way to deduct it's a genjutsu. Now I don't know if you can change what the enemy sees once he is in the illusion. We'll have to check in the HQ about that.

Also I believe if I have sharingan then I can pierce through the genjutsu as its of lower rank. Byakugan can notice chakra fluntuation thus deducing they are in a genjutsu and though I don't see a palatable way of detection for non-sensor .

The illusion however manipulates your clone's sense of sight so that instead of seeing me bring out kunai strapped with explosives, he sees 6 clones of me appear around me and as I hurl the kunais towards him in a lateral formation, he sees instead, my clones darting towards him in a lateral formation. As they get close to him and while he already braced himself for a taijutsu counter, they exploding concurrently causing a chain explosion and harming your clone.

my only problem with this is the eye contact thing. If you mean eye contact, is it that eye contact to trigger the genjutsu or eye contact must be continous? If its the later, I can just I shift my eye contact away from the caster then I'm out of the genjutsu.

A good scenario would be using this to basically disrupt a jutsu of someone. Since sharingan 3 tomoes reaction is at the utmost, you can actually disrupt an opponent's extended handseals(say 4 upwards) by casting this genjutsu on them thus making them to abruptly end the handseal and not able to make their intended jutsu.
Apart from its advantages, I see no major problem or hinderance rather that the eye contact requirement.

Very useful genjutsu and Itachi signature at that. Still i want to believe it should be his only. I will use this to blind my enery, quite fast enough, it can be incorporated in close combat to quickly get away out of difficult situation while also giving you the upper hand. More deceptive if I actually have crow summoning.

This particular one, I believe as Reborn said is used on Killer Bee by Sasuke. A genjutsu that instantly incapacitate someone's mobility due to feathers instantenous appearance on the body.
Having any flying summon can necesitate the secrecy of this genjutsu. Once your opponent have seen you with a flying summon, using this genjutsu would confused them a bit as to if its a genjutsu or the birds signature jutsu. Although the darkness and bloody taint of the sky, a common ambience for most sharingan genjutsu can easily expose this out as genjutsu.

For the first, I can make it look like I'm doing the lighning blade creation jutsu where I hover swords and send them towards my target , but aswell, the sudden dark environment could leak the secret. Though I can make the weather stormy and blend the genjutsu with it.

How would this go? What if I copy the technique used on me in the 2nd turn and I want to use the technique on the fourth turn? Possible?

-if I copy a technique used on me, can I at the same time defend from the same technique without breaking timeframe. As in. A wierd lightning is shot towards me my my opponent, I look into his eyes as he's performing the tech and copy the tech and as the lightning comes towards me, i defend against it accordingly, viable?
-certainly needs eye contact. Yes?
-it does not say anything about ce, so we can copy elemental ce?
