The Sharingan evolves through continued use. The tomoe (the black marks in the eye) are obtained, up to a maximum of three.

That's basically the highest a normal Sharingan can go, unless you get Mangekyou.

Is it possible that there is a better sharingan as Permanent Mangekyou Sharingan?

I just thought what would happen if Sasuke and Madara will be fighting and one takes the eyes of the other one (or only 1 eye). Can there be something like an ultimative permanent "XXX" sharingan?

the highest lvl for the sharingan is the EMS..........which is near impossible to obtain unless u get ur brothers Sharingan eyes........

well naruto wikipedia is written by ppl like u and me so it cant be accurate. so far we only know that sasuke can use amaterasu.
