Sharingan-less Kakashi. Who can he defeat?

Without his Sharingan, Kakashi definitely loses to Tsunade.

Kakashi wouldn't even need chidori to defeat CE Gaara. Kakashi's speed is superior to sasuke's which was superior to Gaara's sand.

That was in Part I.

In Part II, Gaara's sand was faster than A and Amaterasu.
