I understand what you are saying. All Sharingan abilities when put together outweigh all the Rinnegan techniques put together. The Rinnegan is indeed the better eye, as sharingan is limited in that no single or pair of eyes can have all these abilities, and all the drawbacks that the sharingan has. Blindness, and pain from use and all. Ability wise, Sharingan is the way to go.

How so? Chibaku Tensei, the strongest possible ability that the Rinnegan uses, is absolutely decimated by a Perfect Susano'o slash. Bansho Tenshin is useless as it acts as an epicenter for its use and pulls both the user and Susano'o together; effectively making it suicide for the Rinnegan user. PS tanks any version of Shinra Tensei. All summons are annihilated. Gedo's Soul Dragons can't pierce an ethearal being (Susano'o) and everything else (Asura and Preta along with Naraka) are absolutely fodder and or useless against Perfect Susano'o. And this isn't even accounting for abilities such as Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Kamui, KA and various Genjutsu abilities (Izanami and Izanagi)... Sharingan ultimately wins.
