thats like me saying the fire that the sharingan users use it kekki genkai
Actually Uchihas have stronger fire release power, it is like their trademark along with sharingan....
But no.... Rinnegan is much more versatile.
If you are going to do a list be equal on both sides and don't just post sharingan's pros and forget about rinnegan.... You are just being one sided. AND meteor technique hasn't been revealed to be a EMS technique, because when Madara did it, he brought it down while having Rinnegan on. So don't make conclusions that are not supported.
Now, let's make a real comparation
Sharingan:
1. Movement prediction
2. Sharingan Genjutsu
3. Analysis (when characters such as kakashi copy techniques)
4. Tsukuyomi
5. Amaterasu
5.1. Blaze release
6. Izanagi
7. Izanami
8. Koto Amatsuki
9. Susanoo
9.1 bones
9.2 incomplete susanoo
9.3 complete susanoo
9.4 perfect susanoo
9.5 perfect susanoo chakra stabilized
10. Yasaka Magatama
11. Kamui
11.1 Obito's kamui
11.2. Kakashi's Kamui
Rinnegan:
1. Same visual analytical abilities of sharingan, since it is it's evolved form
2. Shared Vision
3. Six Paths
4. Multiple summons
5. Soul retriever (human path)
6. Chakra absorber (petra path)
7. Control of gravity (Deva path)
7.1. Shinra Tensei
7.2. Bansho Tenin
7.3. Chibaku Tensei
7.4. Ability to levitate (when deva path flew up high in the sky to demolish konoha)
8. Metallic Armor and extensions of your own body (Asura path)
9. Multiple Summons
9.1. Regular summons (animal path)
9.2. Gedo Mazou (Outer Path)
10. Control over life and death (Outer Path)
11. Mastery of yin and yang release.
12. Mastery of the five main elements.
Now then the later 12 are upgrades given to sharingan after achieving Rinnegan, so if we go by base you can add sharingan abilities to rinnegan also.
And seriously Rinnegan is much more powerful and versatile, it is just that AND READ CAREFULLY SHARINGAN LOVERS, "SHARINGAN JUST HAD TOO MUCH AIR TIME, THIS IS THE REASON FOR THINKING SHARINGAN IS BETTER THAN RINNEGAN"
Meteor technique won't be put into my list in any of both doujutsus in order to not start a discussion on something that is not based yet on the manga.
