Your not reading what I've said or your misinterpreting it. So I'll spell it out as clear as possible. You require the Byakugan to see the chakra points. You definitely need the Byakugan to see the chakra points in the body so you can learn to develop the skills necessary to release chakra from other points. If you cant see them you won't be able to learn how to do those things that's why they're kekkei Genkai(Byakigan) dependant skills.

Let me ask you. Would it make sense for someone to teach Boruto or himiwari gentle fist if they never awakened the byakugan. A kkg is an ability inherited by blood and can't be taught unless they have the genetics.

They're taught it because they have the potential to awaken it later in life as himawari proved in cannon.

Also Boruto and himawari were supposed to have it from the start, Kishi admitted he fucked up and forgot to draw them with it.
