[Howard]

Howard walked through the halls scribbling something onto a clip board looking into each room making a sound and then continuing.

Mmmhhhm, mhhhmm, mhhmm.

He then walked into the last room noticing a young shinobi. Howard picked up the patient's chat and began to read aloud.

Nicolas "Nico" Uchiha, Late 20's - Early 30's wait you don't know your own age?

Hold up you're just now activating your sharingan? Most Uchiha do that around the age of ten to thirteen.

Well don't worry, it's like they say some people are just late bloomers.

I'm going to need you to fill out some paperwork since this is your first time here.

Howard then pulled out the clipboard he had been scribbling upon and handed it off to the Uchiha. It had various questions inked on it in sloppy hand writing as if hastily written while walking around. At the very bottom were several stains that seemed to be ketchup and mustard as if he was writing this down during lunch or something.

As he handed over the clipboard he also handed a pen to the Uchiha. The tone of the situation was serious and he didn't seem to be joking. He then extended both hands and chakra began to flare up around them as he sterilized them before doing the same to the Uchiha. As his hands were in contact he quickly performed the diagnosis skill and gathered up all the information he could about the boy and took his chart noting all of the injuries and any pertinent information.

Fractured left cheekbone, dislocated jaw, first, third, fifth, eight and ninth rib broken, mild thermal burns, several damaged nerves caused by a mild shock, several muscles torn and violently shocked.

Howard made a sound as if sucking air in through his teeth in a painful manner as he wrote the above down.

You're lucky your heart didn't stop, a current like that can be dangerous.

Howard placed the chart back into it's receptacle and looked at the patient one more time.

Make sure to give the doctor that form when he arrives it's very important.

If they ask my name is Nakiri and I was your attending nurse this evening.

Howard then left, just as quickly as he appeared.

As Howard left the room he noticed a white coat hanging on a coat rack outside of the patients room the name tag had a name on it he had never heard of someone he didn't even believe worked at the hospital. It wasn't an official name tag either instead it was a "Hello, my name is" sticker placed on an old white lab coat.

'Dr. Strangelove.'

Without thinking it through completely Howard grabbed the white coat threw it on and said aloud.

This is my chance.

He swiftly turned around using his right foot as a pivot as he slightly changed the tone of his voice to a more serious one reentering the room and looking at the Uchiha with a stern serious demeanor. He took three large steps across the room with his hands held low at his sides around hip height.
They both flared up with bright green chakra as he cleaned them before placing them upon the Uchiha sterilizing his entire body of any harmful bacterium. He lifted the chart from the receptacle and began to read from the scribbles he had jotted down earlier it took him a few moments.

Hmm, you have about ninety-nine problems on this chart. Let's hope being a ***** isn't one.

As he said that he bit the tip of his thumb and summoned a few objects. With a reflex hammer in his left hand and the chart in his right he pointed to a pictograph on the bottom of the chart speaking then striking the fourth rib down with a moderately light tap of the reflex hammer.

Taking this chart in mind how much does that hurt.

You're being too quiet I don't have time for this I just became a doctor today I have a lot of things to do.

Like get free stuff at the coffee shop for saving lives.

As he said that he performed the diagnosis skill through the reflex hammer sending chakra into the Uchiha and returning it to make sure he understood all of the innate problems and injuries. He tossed the reflex hammer to the left, hard as it flew out a window with a crash. Then with now empty hands he took a second and began to release chakra from his right and left hand respectively. He placed the right hand on the first rib near the collar bone, and the left hand down around the ninth rib at the bottom of the boy's abdomen. He pushed quickly setting the bones before continuing.
He sent the healing chakra into Nico's body and the bones began to slowly mend being welded together by the instigation of the bone cells releasing calcium. This was the first time he had done this outside of practicing it in school.
He then moved his right hand downward to the third rib, while his left hand went up to the eight. He again pushed hard setting them together before sending chakra deep into the bones instigating the healing process and mending them a little faster than the last two. With those two now in place his hands met at the fifth rib and he repeated the process mending the final rib.

Well that's the ribs. Not very talkative are you?

As he said that he realized that Nico's jaw had been dislocated. It had totally slipped his mind and he was pretty much talking to a person who couldn't talk back. He lifted his right hand and grabbed the bottom of Nico's chin with his fingers gripping the bone hard.

This will hurt-... a lot.

When he said that he pushed upward as a audible noise could be heard of the small bones resetting. He then used the Bone Healer Skill again healing the bones completely while moving his right hand upward slowly healing the small left cheekbone that had been broken. 'He had one sadistic sensei, these wounds are extensive, precise and non-fatal. The sensei just wanted him to feel the worst pain he had ever felt in his life. I'm pretty sure we could have been friends."

Alright. we're done with the hard part. All the bones are mended now comes the soft tissue and nerves.

As he said that the slightly green chakra flared up around his hands again. He placed his right hand on the patient's left pectoral muscle and the left hand on his right pectoral muscle. He slowly and deliberately let the healing chakra enter the flesh, muscle, nerves and fat. It began to heal and mend all the wounds slowly. When he finished with that portion he moved his hands down to the stomach area healing there. The thermal burns began to clear up as well.
His skin complexion would return to normal over the next dozen or so minutes. Howard kept moving his hands slowly allowing the chakra to radiate from them not directly touching the patient. It took about another twenty minutes but eventually all of the small minute nerves were healed as well as the muscles being mended.

Howard picked the chart up once more and skimmed over it.

That's everything. I suggest you drink a lot of fluids, and rest for three days before returning to active duty.

I also suggest a Vitamin D, and Calcium supplement once daily for those three days.

He wrote that down on the chart and then he walked out of the room replacing the chart and summoning a coffee.

Reflex Hammer

Description: When facing a clean and complete bone fracture of a bone and having had manually set the bone in place, the user will focus chakra through his palms and pass them over the fracture, forcing his chakra to influence the osteocytes to start releasing their calcium, which then creates a welded suture between two ends of a broken bone. After that, the stimulated osteocytes lock the calcium back into their structure and the bone is completely healed. Despite not healing any injury to the soft tissues surrounding the fracture, the technique can be very useful when treating simple, clean fractures.

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.

(Ninjutsu: Nomimono Kohi!) - Ninjutsu: Drink Coffee!

Description: The user of this jutsu takes out a scroll within his pouch that was prepared before battle and holds it in one of his hands. By channeling his chakra into it, it will then poof and summon a coffee mug in its place that had been in Adachi's house prior. After downing the coffee, the caffeine will take quick effect upon the user due to the scientific fact that it blocks the receptors that slow down nerve cell activity. As a result, the user will have a slightly faster heartbeat and bloodflow, and thus, will be unaffected by any jutsu that has a potential factor that could put him to sleep. This coffee was pre-prepared by Adachi himself and sits amongst dozens of other mugs that contain anything from lattes to doubleshot espressos, either steaming hot or icy cold. The reserves within the refrigerator or hot vending system are restocked daily so there will never be a shortage of coffee. Ever.
