Noctis walks in and looks at his patient. Beside some wounds and some bruises there doesn't seem to be much wrong with him.
The wounds is the first that needs to be taken care of, therefore Noctis has to clean his hands and the wounds first in order to make sure there will not be any more damage due to any infections and such.

After his hands are completely clean, he can lay his hands onto the patient, on both sides of the wound. As he does this he focuses and channels his chakra through the wounds to clean them of dirt and potentially harmful micro organisms.

Now the wounds are clear, Noctis moves on to the healing of the wounds. He focuses his chakra again and channels it through the wound in order to make the healthy bodily tissue bind together again, leaving nothing but a barely noticeable scar where the wounds had been.

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.
He repeats the process of the cleaning and the healing for all the wounds and the burn, as they all can be healed with mystic palm.
For the bruises and the psychological damage we cannot do anything. The only thing you can do to make that go away is rest. Therefore you have to rest for 4 more days in the hospital!
