The covers the area between us, and surrounding us, with a cloud of highly explosive ash. I hold a kunai with an explosive tag attatched to it up near my face, ready to throw it into the cloud.

I clench the kunai in my hand, an metalic, anime click comming from the knife (the sound that comes when knives and swords are held in place).

in the begining you state that you use hurricane punch so you have already jumped i use my jutsu when i see you jump you have jumped already you are now in mid air the next one you post says you see me makeing hand seals and then you use it to get in the sky however you are in the sky prepareing a fire wind combo i hit you before you finish

okay, so I punch towards the ground to avoid the triangle lightning. You see me moulding Fire/Wind chakra, and focus Lightning chakra into the sky (not when I jump, when you see me moulding chakra). This may not use handseals (I apologize), but it creates storm clouds (unless -Tenzo- was lying to me). I see storm clouds as I fly upwards (my perifrial vision is fine), so I change my mind and make a second hurricane fist that I punch upwards. By the time I remould chakra (there's already wind chakra there), and use a different jutsu, I'll be near the top of my jump, where you say you use the lightning jutsu on me, so I punch upwards (I punched down before, so I'm not going furthing into the sky, I'm going down) as I make the jutsu, and it's either timed correctly, or the same thing happens either way.
As you said 'no killing', I assumed this was for fun, so this move either allows me to continue the fight, or still be struck (depending on if I timmed the fist correctly). I'm arguing to keep fighting, and having fun, and you're arguing to finish it and try to kill me (or get close to it).

I slide on a pair of sunglasses in prepareation for the cloud of ash to become a fireball. As I put on the sunglasses, I also took out a kunai with my other hand.

As the ash is compressed into the hurricane, I can see the orange glow of flames, and so I send it forwards (assuming you still use the dragon). The blazing vortex of inferno stands before me, and then dies out. Then I weave handseals to exhale two bolts of lightning directly towards you (one hiding the other).

Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

I actually don't think you can use Chidori Nagashi to stop swamp of the underworld....

Chidori Nagashi: how would injecting lightining into Mud/Tar turn it solid? In my oinion, that would not work.
Hidden in the stones jutsu: That would not work. That jutsu only works with natural earth. this swamp is riddled with the opponents chakra which is holding you in place like tar. If that jutsu worked you would be able to simple walk through every Rock crushing technique possible... which we can't.
Earth flow Rampart: Yes. use this to lift you out of the swamp. I also use Earth pillar to make a pillar push you up out of the swamp.
Intense pain+ water: so you want to turn the Mud/Tar , WHICH YOU ARE IN, into lava? you would burn yourself to death.

for swamp of the underworld, just use a technique that pushes you out of the mud. simple as that.
