For the first thing, Shanks sword could just be revealed to have a name later in the series and be one of the meito swords. Law's sword was revealed to be famous sword long after it's introduction. You would need to prove that Shanks' sword is noob sword and not one famous like Mihawk's.
Second you are assuming Mihawk had Yoru sword back when he fought Mihawk. But as long as I remember it was never said.
Third, swordsman's sword art doesn't just go from it's sword. Saying one is strong only because he has good sword is wrong. Or do you think Zoro could cut Mountain size Ice if he had Yoru?
That your reasoning is wrong also comes from Tashigi's sword art. Tashigi defeats criminal swordsmans with meito swords and take them. So I ask you how she with 'noob' sword would be able to defeat swordsman with Meito class sword if only sword class matters?
