How can Minato dodging it then? Unless you say Minato has a mark prepped. Tobirama marks the ground before Kakashi activates MS. Kakashi needs to undo head band, activate MS from 3T. In that time, Tobirama can mark something.

No, pateu is a troll don't listen. Kakashi should be bumped down. Kakashi is Low or mid jounin. Kamui can be dodged, evidenced by deidara who had his back turned to it. Don't listen to those that tell you about him warping naruto who expected it... His kamui was charging up on the rasengan for 2 pages.

Oro has control of Minato, Tobirama, and Hiruzen. He belongs where he is at, as Hashirama won't obey him, so one under DSM Kabuto.

Back to that sakura thing, if u say Sakura and Zabuza aren't comparable, then you terribly underrate Zabuza. Sakura has tremendous strength, true, but with great skill in CQC one can avoid her slow punches. She doesn't have a fast fighting style like Strong Fist or Gentle Fist. She just punches where ever and it can be avoid. Sure she can punch the ground, but that's not killing an advanced ninja. She has good medical ninjutsu, but that doesn't help her much in an actual fight. She has Katsuyu but a boss summon has never been shown to be summon against a human sized target, Katsuyu is more of a healing supplementary summon. Zabuza can avoid her fighting style with his own and is way faster than her. He also has great Suiton and Silent Killing. maybe ill move her up

Does anyone else think Sakura is low kage?

Kakashi's Kamui can solo 95% of the verse.

The only ones that can dodge it are Obito, Minato, Naruto, Ay.

So yeah, he's up there.

And Minato is definitely in the same tier as naruto, seeing as how BM Minato > BM Naruto.

Also gotta love how you put Kagami Uchiha in mid jounin tier based on his hype. Quite the hype he got there ehh??

In any case it's a pretty nice list but it does have some flaws in my opinion:

- Considering that Orochimaru didn't have control of Hashirama i'd put him in Legend Tier instead of Demi God.

- Konan should be 1 if not 2 tiers higher. Her paper jutsus can be pretty deadly when she combines them with explosive tags.

- You put Shikamaru in LOW jounin rank?? With his intelligence and shadow jutsus i'd put him in high jounin or mid jounin at least.

- Deidara and Gai should be in the same tier as Sasori and Kakashi. The difference in their power, while there is some, is very small, so I think they should be in the same tier.

And even tho the low kage tier doesnt have kage's in it, they still have the power to be as one. Prime example is Naruto and Sasuke, they are genin but...haha yeah ik it's a common example but hey it works in this case.
