I didnt cheatted, ever.

Then you somehow tried to pull me away with your legs. But grabbed a sword and I slashed your legs.

Then I putted the blade on your neck.

It's hard to shoot a wind gust with sand when a person is pushing you to the ground. An he doesn't have time to do the wind shurikens, he'd be on the ground already

Um, Hasashi and Volcom are right =/. You can't say that you simply "avoided" an attack, you have to give an actual, logical, believable reason that will, on most occasions, require jutsu. "jumps and pushes your shoulders to the ground before you release your jutsu" Doesn't fit any of the said requirements.
