Tournament Rules:
- Each match will be 2v2 (Register with your teammate)
- Only basic 5, Nin, Gen, Tai, Ken, Rain, KG, HA, Sound, CC jutsu (passive is auto) and Customs
- Each member of the team can only pick 5 categories of abilities to use and can't be the same as one another. (I.e. 1 person can get Fire, water, lightning, Gen and Nin. While the other has Wind, Earth, Ken, Tai and customs.)
- The member who picks "customs" can use CE and cfs based only on the other 4 categories they picked. So if they pick only water and fire but has a earth/fire ce, it can't be used since they lack fire.
- The "customs" category can be swapped out for anything. If the team decides to swap customs for something else and goes all canon, they can both have anything the same. So both could have lightning, both could have nin, gen base 5 etc.
- Each round will last 7 days
- There will be no checks. Just continue as if your opponent's moves are valid until judging. You can leave little notes of what you think is wrong, in a spoiler.
- After the first round, for each round afterwards teams will be randomized

Once the battle bagan, Yashiro performs 1 seal and points at both opponents standing before them. Casting an illusion upon the pair of unruly where they are immediately surrounded by never ending clouds. With both trapped inside the illusion they aren't aware of what's going on was their vision has been severed.

Description:The user will do a row of 3 handseals, then points directly at the oppoent, casting the opponent in a genjutsu, where clouds suddenly surround the opponent. The opponent will wander the clouds for hours, to no avail. Can trap up to 3 opponents in the genjutsu. The opponent will be standing, staring directly in front of him without being able to perceive it's surrounding while under this genjutsu, allowing one to attack.

Taking advatange of the situation Yashiro hurls two kunai at them, one at each of their chests after casting the illusion. With the genjutsu being casted Sora keeps up with the movements and makes water rise from the ground itself, without needing to make a seals he merely snaps his fingers (purely cosmetic, no activation movements are required). The large body of water sourrings both opponents as if trapping them in a single large cube of water. However before the water can even get as far as taking the actual shape, the water converges into two thin spinning water tendrils which stab both targets through their sides.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation

As hakumen and his ally are induced inside a genjutsu. Hakumen with his armor active (As stated in the rules, its passive) He noticed foreign chakra in his body. Quick with a jolt from his armor he bolted himself out of the genjutsu while noticing a kunai was heading in their direction. Hakumen quickly moved from his initial spot to where his ally at. Quickly catching the kunai that was about to pierce his ally chest, and with great haste he channels fire chakra into it and stabs the hand of his ally. Breaking him out of the genjutsu

The moment this happen, Hakumen would see the build up of water chakra forming beneath. Seconds later he begin to see water forming around them. Without a moments notice he snaps his finger sending sound chakra to you guys ears the moment you hear this. Making both of you guys believe the earth beneath you guys cracked in two causing you guys to fall through the cracks to your doom. This would not only induce you but this will also cause any techniques you guys was about to do, fail. Causing the water to fall harmlessly

(Ototon Genjutsu: Funka to Botsuraku) - Sound Release Illusionary Art: Eruption and Downfall

As he snaps, the sound is amplified, sounding as if it is directly by the enemy's ear. To them, it sounds as if something has just snapped in half. The user then manipulates the illusion to make it appear as if either a large branch has fallen from a tree or the ground under them has broken clean in half, causing the target to believe they are falling through the earth or have been struck with a large object, pushing them to the earth. The user has control over the illusion, being able to make it seem as if entire trees have been snapped in half, falling on the target or as if an earth structure has collapsed either above or beneath the opponent, etc. The illusion can be edited to fit the situation and even the sound can be slightly altered deepening on the object that is "snapped". Is more effective depending upon the terrain this is used in ( extremely effective in a forest, not effective in a desert ).

at the very same time, toph doing one handseal ignoring the pain of being stabbed in her arms causing 2 large steel hands to emerge from the ground. She quickly extended her own hands outward causing the steel hands to mimic her. Once done she quickly slap her hands together with you guys in the center of both her steel hands. These steel hands will crush any and everything in the middle of it, crushing you guys bones

@Loki, Nice one move pwn there bro. *Fist bump*

Allow me some time to explain why I congratulated my comrade. First of all, Teno, your sensing ability is an active ability and not a passive one. The armor itself is passive and it has a few passive abilities as well as active abilities, the chakra sensing is one of the active abilities and thus needs to be activated at the cost of a move. So in actual fact, you wouldn't be able to sense the chakra affecting your brain at all and your genjutsu reasoning is completely flawed. This is where you and your partner had died the first time.

Secondly, Loki's bio is immune to genjutsu upto and including A Ranks. So the genjutsu you use in an attempt to interrupt his performance of his water techniques would prove an epic fail, again, both you and your partner would die for the second time. Despite the immunity, Loki's swords also blocks the illusion. If I remember correctly? Anyway, that being said, you actually got one move pwned twice in a single battle :). We are still, however, obligated to continue so I shall make my move.

As Hakumen snaps his fingers, Yashiro hears something break and is thus induced within the illusion. Sora, however, simply smirks as the illusion fails to affect him. Immediately after hearing the "snap" sound, Yashiro tastes the unique chakra of one of his opponents affecting the flow of his own. Thus he knows he is being affected by an illusion, despite the theatrics thereof that would follow after the sound. Taking the opportunity to both release the illusion and protect himself and his comrade from the simultaneous forming of two large steel hands alongside them. Yashiro charges his left fist and arm with lightning chakra and forms a dragon shaped lightning blade all around it, the forming of the dragon blade would deal damage to his hand and release the illusion whilst Yashiro continues to manipulate the lightning in a rotating circular manor all around himself and his opponent to neutralize the steel hands. In conjunction with this, Sora would perform a high upward spinning kick that initiates and shapes the air around him into a large dragon of sorts, a mere showcase of his raw power. The dragon appears to spring forth from the spinning circle of electricity all around Sora and Yashiro and is directed towards their opponents, the dragon would aim to swallow both of them and slash deep within their skin and muscle with it's razor sharp whirlwind form before spewing them out and leaving them for death . Assuming the duo would be incapable of defending themselves, Yashiro takes further precautions and hurls 2 explosive tagged kunai in an arc in the air so that they rain down upon the heads of his opponents. Once within range, he would detonate both simultaneously.

This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu Specialists and EIG users

Allow me some time to explain why I congratulated my comrade. First of all, Teno, your sensing ability is an active ability and not a passive one. The armor itself is passive and it has a few passive abilities as well as active abilities, the chakra sensing is one of the active abilities and thus needs to be activated at the cost of a move. So in actual fact, you wouldn't be able to sense the chakra affecting your brain at all and your genjutsu reasoning is completely flawed. This is where you and your partner had died the first time.

Secondly, Loki's bio is immune to genjutsu upto and including A Ranks. So the genjutsu you use in an attempt to interrupt his performance of his water techniques would prove an epic fail, again, both you and your partner would die for the second time. Despite the immunity, Loki's swords also blocks the illusion. If I remember correctly? Anyway, that being said, you actually got one move pwned twice in a single battle :). We are still, however, obligated to continue so I shall make my move.

As Hakumen snaps his fingers, Yashiro hears something break and is thus induced within the illusion. Sora, however, simply smirks as the illusion fails to affect him. Immediately after hearing the "snap" sound, Yashiro tastes the unique chakra of one of his opponents affecting the flow of his own. Thus he knows he is being affected by an illusion, despite the theatrics thereof that would follow after the sound. Taking the opportunity to both release the illusion and protect himself and his comrade from the simultaneous forming of two large steel hands alongside them. Yashiro charges his left fist and arm with lightning chakra and forms a dragon shaped lightning blade all around it, the forming of the dragon blade would deal damage to his hand and release the illusion whilst Yashiro continues to manipulate the lightning in a rotating circular manor all around himself and his opponent to neutralize the steel hands. In conjunction with this, Sora would perform a high upward spinning kick that initiates and shapes the air around him into a large dragon of sorts, a mere showcase of his raw power. The dragon appears to spring forth from the spinning circle of electricity all around Sora and Yashiro and is directed towards their opponents, the dragon would aim to swallow both of them and slash deep within their skin and muscle with it's razor sharp whirlwind form before spewing them out and leaving them for death . Assuming the duo would be incapable of defending themselves, Yashiro takes further precautions and hurls 2 explosive tagged kunai in an arc in the air so that they rain down upon the heads of his opponents. Once within range, he would detonate both simultaneously.

1.) His bio isnt the one who did the water move. If so he broke timeframe
2.) Everybody regarding my armor is passive according to what shady said (CC abilitites passive)
3.) The technique you used isnt a full body surge. So It seems you died aswell

3) perhaps you have a point, then again it's an S rank damage, the user only takes 10 but that doesn't decrease the lethality of the jutsu.

Make your move anyway, just because you died once doesn't mean you can't win.

so if you are using ur water bending move and manipulating it into tendrils you did 2 moves before I could do 1. Meaning timeframe breakage..

So that must mean you guys lost twice.. Eitherway. Ill respond. :)

Ok. First thing is, i think Teno misunderstood the "passives auto" part. That simply meant anything that is passive on your cc bio (katsu sensing, Nekura Chakra rejecting, Kiyoshi sensing etc.) Would be auto. As far as i can tell, the sensing on the mandalores cost a move and is an activation ability. And you didn't activate it. :/

Secondly, Yash is correct. Two of the swords, Broly's and Loki's make them immune to any Gen A-rank and below, thus making your attempts to make him fail a jutsu, an actual fail. :/

And since every post after that was debating, That's all i can say. Team Loshiro wins.
