Look at some of those techniques and look at what you wrote, try to figure out what you are missing. Though what you said was indeed right, it needs to be developed more.

"When I said they were more precise I think I may have been off little. Like you said Sensei, some of what I said was correct because some of the wind techniques are thin blades that are precise but there are other versions of Slicing Gusts/Blades where instead of just one blade, it is a large collection of blades. And example of this would be (Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade. It is a slicing method wind technique but it is not very precise. It is a massive amount of blades that are supposed to be hard to block the way you could block a single wind blade. You need to understand that wind blades can be used individually or together to form gusts of wind blades."

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.


This is a more advanced version of channeling wind chakra into a projectile or sword. The process starts out the same. The user will focus large amounts of wind chakra into their sword, and evenly spread the chakra along the edge of the blade. After this the technique gets more advanced. When the user swings the sword, the user also releases the wind chakra in the edge during the course of the swing so that the wind is released from the blade and becomes a whirlwind of sharp fine gusts that follow the path of the swing. This is a good technique to increase the cutting power of your technique, or to follow up behind a fire jutsu since this one doesn't require hand seals. I like this technique as because you are simply charging your sword with wind chakra, it can be used to greatly enhance your free form sword usage. Defending against it isn't very hard, using a stronger wind jutsu or fire jutsu to block the gusts is always an option. Moving out of the the gusts path would also work. Defending depends on how masterfully your opponent uses this technique.

Differentiate between the types of vortexes. Give examples for each type from that list. Keep in mind all of these are vortexes. It is simply the manner in which they are used are slightly different.

"The first type is ones that you create in the air around you, and an example of this is (Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind. This is where you create it and it moves on its own. So some vortex or cyclones actually don't need you to focus the whole time, but instead if you do it in the correct situation, you can release it like a projectile. The second type is when you have to control the vortex by focusing on it for a long time or as long as you want it to be active like (Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation. Since you form the wind around you, you need to focus on it. The last type is kind of like the first type but instead of like a tornado, it is a blast. And example is ( Futon: Uzu sentou ) - Wind Release: Vortex Punch. It is a tornado but not the typical kind but more of a blast. It can be used to push things or like a vaulting pole."

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.


This technique uses three hand seals and summons a cyclone of petals. The ninja then focuses his wind chakra around the petals and creates a vortex in which all the petals are captured and wraps the cyclone in sakura petals. The technique is very versatile as it can be altered from spot to spot to prevent the opponent from just running away. The technique can even be increased in strength to make it stronger than regular C-rank wind jutsu. I find the technique very flamboyant and extravagant. I would personally use this technique just because of the sakura petals. If you want to be known as a finesse RPer then techniques such as these can be trademarks. To guard against it use a wide range fire technique because small techniques can be avoided if you wish to move the cyclone. Offensively, you can use it in one spot or better yet on the move to attack you opponent with the versatile cyclone while preparing for other attack.

"Sensei, Wind Streams are like a continuous pressure hose. Unlike the projectile type methods that you have taught me, Wind Streams require the person to continuously feed in more and more of the Wind in order for it to be a Stream. So you cannot just stop halfway because if you stop giving more wind then the stream will stop. So you have to focus the entire time. The defining characteristic of a wind stream that you need to completely devote your focus on it, so it is hard to do anything else until you finish the wind stream."
