[KG] Shadow techniques with Detective L

[Naruto..]

Shikamaru arrives at the training grounds and awaits his sensei.

Shikamaru: What a drag.I really don't feel like doing this.I rather just lay here and watch the clouds.

Side note: I know it's not a kg but I didn't know which prefix to use so I went with this one.

 

[Detective L]

Dean makes his way to the training grounds, where he was supposed to teach an old skill that he can't even use any more. Back in the day, Dean used to be a Nara, but then his life was changed when he met Akuma sensei, who could change him into a Nekura. From that day, Dean never looked back. That doesn't mean that he doesn't remember his old clan's ways. With a bag on his back, and a bit of equipment, Dean finally arrived. He clears his throat as he arrives at his student.

"Hello there, I am Dean Winchester of the Nekura Clan, previously of the Nara Clan. Now what is your name? And more importantly, what can you tell me about the clan? What do we do? What makes us special, tell me everything you know."

Whilst waiting, Dean created a seat made out of stone and sat on it.

 

[Naruto..]

"Your late sensei...sigh...My name is Shikamaru Nara of the Nara clan.The clan if one of the oldest clans in the Leaf village and we have a deep connection to the Akamichi and Yamanaka clans.The Nara clan has a secrete technique that they have passed down for generations.The technique consist of manipulating ones shadow or a preexisting shadows through the use of yin release to capture and immobilize ones opponent.It wasn't always used in combat.At first it was used to immobilize animals more specifically deers.The clan is also known to produce intelligent shinobi...this is such a drag"

 

[Detective L]

This Shikamaru kid was quite knowledgeable, he was a Nara after all. Without saying a lot, he had covered the important aspects of the clan, their special ability to manipulate Shadows. A secret clan technique, that only the Nara could do. It was a very strategic skill, and usually underrated by the rest of the Ninja World, however, in the right hands it can become a deadly skill. With a smirk, Dean walked forward towards Shikamaru.

"Alright, that was good. The Nara clan is indeed a special clan, now, let's see if you are really a Nara. I will be using this clone for our training, to make things a bit more "practical". His name will be, "Lucifer". Anyway, my method is as follows. I will explain the technique to you and I want you to perform the technique against Lucifer, give me at least two advantages and disadvantages of the technique and how you would use the technique in battle. If you have questions, be sure to ask me.

Before we continue to the techniques and such, what can one do to increase the range of shadows in battle? What exactly plays a role in terms of the enviroment? Also, how can a flash bang be used creatively? These all pertain to the usage of shadows."
