Uchiha ClanAppereance: Shaak Ti is a very strange looking woman, strange yet beautiful. Her odd looks give her a very exotic look, and that added to her physique causes every man to take a glimpse at her. She never shows her actual apparel but rather prefers to stay under a constant and less chakra spending version of the Transformation Technique. Her skin is a bloody red color similar to that of her eyes. On her head, instead of hair is a set of horns which are white, striped with blue which is similar to a headdress of sorts. At her back are two tails from the headdress which are able to freely move and are actually made of hair. Her usual dressing attire is provocative, softly speaking. She only wears several clothes which cover up the most provocative parts of her body while her arms, legs and stomach are all exposed to sight. Over these clothes is usually a brown cloak with many weapons and hidden pockets inside which also hides her face due to the hood.
Personality: Shaak Ti, though sometimes scary at first due to her unusual looks, and at first she is scary but once you get to know her she is quite nice to her friends. Due to her being a wielder of the Sharingan, Shaak ti is sometimes rampant, unable to control her emotions, but most of the time she hides her emotions inside herself living under the impressions that emotions are weaknesses. At times paranoid, she thinks that everyone is plotting something against her. Shaak Ti has a pathological hate for men, due to her fathers departure while she was a baby.

Abilities:
Sharingan and Sharingan Genjutsu: Shaak Ti has been a wielder of a Sharingan since she was a child, activating it at the first time at the age of 10, when she lost her mother. Through excessive training and hard work she has evolved her Sharingan to the third stage with three tomoe by the time she was 14. Along with that she is a master of the Sharingan illusionary techniques wielding them with great skill.
Genjutsu: Genjutsu is one of the main abilities Shaak Ti uses in combat and it is her primary affinity. Shaak Ti is so skilled with illusions she can perform them with one hand seal only and faster than others. This also allows her to easier perceive genjutsu if she is found inside them.
Fire Release: Being part of the Uchiha clan, Shaak ti can perform Fire Release at a faster rate then other regular shinobi.
Francium Release: Shaak Ti is the creator of Francium Release being able to use it with a great amount of skill. She uses the metal in conjunction with water release to make it explode.
Sound Release: Shaak Ti has been chosen by the infamous Binkan, Barney Stinson to learn Sound Release. She has yet to learn the ways of manipulating sound.
Taijutsu and Kenjutsu: Being part of the Uchiha clan has made Shaak Ti an excellent hand to hand combatant. She may seem slim, even for a grown woman but she is more than capable of wielding great amounts of strength. Rather then being strong, Shaak Ti is a very agile and quick fighter as well as extremely hard to catch due to her acrobatic prowess.
Whip Arts: Shaak Ti practices a fighting style to enhance her Genjutsu. Severus Snape has taught Shaak Ti how to use a whip to induce genjutsu and she has become very capable of doing so.
Weaponry: Shaak Ti has several pouches in which she carries multiple kunai, shuriken, wire, tags etc. She carries a short tanto on her back as well as several pills with water in her pocket which she also uses in combat when using Francium. Her most precious weapon is Change, The Weapon Without a Face which she carries in the form of a necklace. The weapon is initially a black orb with white dots which hangs around her legs on a leather thread.

Description: Change, The Weapon Without a Face is not a normal weapon. It is a weapon without permanent shape, always warping from form to form. This weapon is made of chakra imbued and chakra sensitive metal which is very easily bent and reformed making it fit for creating things such as a whip for example. The wielder of this tool can make it turn into basically anything they wish just by imagining it. It cannot however copy powerful weapons and their abilities (7SM both cannon and custom) or other custom weapons. It can however copy their looks but never their abilities. The user can even use his own imagination to design a completely new form of weapon (while keeping it realistic, no guns, technology etc.). This makes this weapon extremely versatile. Even though it is a light metal it is undestructible by any kind of matter, energy, force or chakra. The weapon has three main "stances" so to say. Initially, without invoking any of the stances, the weapon presents itself as a simple small orb (similar in size to a regular sized chicken egg) which the user carries around with him.
Stance of the Tiger | Sutansu No Tora: The stance of the tiger is the weapons offensive stance, and activating it allows the user to create offensive weapons and these include but are not limited to swords, axes, claws, hammers, spears etc. The user can basically create any meelee weapon he desires (no projectiles).
Stance of the Turtle | Sutansu No Kame: The stance of the turtle is the weapons defensive stance, and activating it allows the user to create defensive tools and these include and are limited to shields and armors. The shields and armors can block only one S-rank elemental and basic ninjutsu of any kind once per battle. After using this defense, the user can use only A-rank and below techniques for the following two turns and is limited to only two techniques per move. After creating something with the Stance of the Turtle, a invisble chakra shroud is created around the user which serves as the actual defensive mechanism and it is ever present until used. The chakra shroud works in a manner that the chakra disrupts the foreign chakra in a technique by targeting the weak point in it. At point blank range the shield activates automatically, dispelling it effectively and leaving the user unscathed but with a chakra drainage which leaves the user weakened for a period of time.
Stance of the Ape | Sutansu No Saru: The stance of the monkey is the weapons supplementary stance, and activating it allows the user to create supplementary tools and these include and are not limited to grappling hooks, foot spikes. Using the stance of the ape the user can create everyday items and use them however he seems fit.
Restrictions and abilities:
-Each ability of the weapon counts towards the users 3 moves per turn.
-Switching between stances counts as a move and only one stance can be active at a time.
-The defensive properties of the Turtle Stance can be used once per battle and the user can use only up to two A-rank and below techniques per move for the following 2 turns. After using the defensive technique, cannot change stances for 2 turns as well.
-The defensive chakra shroud is visible by Dojutsu and Sensory ninja.
-Cannot copy abilities of other weapons, only its looks.
-Undestructible and unwieldable by anyone else but -Cobalt-.

Background Information
History:
A born Uchiha
The story of the now grown up Shaak Ti begins at her early days when she was only a child. Her time as a toddler is not of much importance since it had no effect on who she is today. Our heroine's story begins at the time before her tenth birthday. Her ninth year was a joyful one. Shaak Ti lived alone with her mother in the Uchiha settlement in Konohagakure. Her father had left them to become a rogue ninja, to live in solitude. Shaak Ti despised her father for such act and had decided to never forgive him. She promised that if she ever found him she would end his life. Just like her mother, Shaak Ti was a feisty one since her young age. She handled bullies with ease, sending them home crying for their mothers and usually with many fractures on their bodies. She never let anyone mess with her, especially not men.On the day of her tenth birthday, Shaak Ti lived through the events that have evolved her into what she is today. Her tenth birthday was the day of the Uchiha massacre done by Itachi. By some wonder, Shaak Ti had managed to escape and survive the massacre, probably due to the thrown back location of her home. After finding the disgraced body of her mother, Shaak Ti swore revenge by never letting a man get near her. This is the seed that was planted and eventually grew into a huge abomination of hatred and paranoia in her head.
She grew up around friends, though she never felt more alone than the next period. Since her mother died she never showed emotions other than hatred, rage and fury. She gradually grew stronger, learning more and more skills, advancing her Sharingan, as well as even creating her own element. Today, she thrives to simply have fun and roams through the world, placing people under her illusions and seducing them.
