*I feel the Rasengan its going to disperse it's self so I stop adding wind chakra to it and rapidly add normal chakra to it and manipulated to spin in my hand while I contai it,keeping it from dispersing*

Don't stop feeding it futon chakra it's futon rasengan after all!! Just apply the principles:
-Rotation (Make the futon chakra rotate in your palm as a small hurricane)
-power (Make it spin ferociously)
-Containment (compress it and keep it stable or it'll lose all strength)
sorry for making it hard, but well you ain't describing well.
*I gather normal chakra in my rigth hand and I manipulate it to spin while I add more chakra making a sphere of spinning chakra in my palm then I contain all of it creating a normal Rasengan then I add to it wind chakra making the Rasengan spin at much faster rate making it look like a mini spinning shuriken of wind in my hand*

*I charge at the dummy and hit it with the Wind Rasengan, as soon the Rasengan hits It's starts shattering the dummy and very small wind blades release them selfs from the Rasengan that begin to make cuts to the dummy and finally I push the Rasengan even more and as a result the dummy gets blown away with various cuts and nearly destroyed*

Mold your futon chakra into you mouth while inhaling. Mold that chakra with the following handseal:

and then spit the air through your mouth. As you do, cut the air supply multiple times as you tilt your head. That way, you shall produce multiple wind bullets in a varierty of directions.

Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog
now learn them and memorize them. Once done, do it again but this time as you inhale and infuse futon chakra into your mouth/lungs in order to infuse the air with futon chakra. As you begin to spit it, keep it constant in order to make a wide blade of wind from your mouth which you can use to cut through anything.(you know what do I mean by anything)

Now turn your head in order to move the wind blade your spitting! Kill my clone and you'll have mastered this jutsu.

Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the envoronment stormy. These clouds will create These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.
Easily concentrate your futon chakra and send it all into the sky. Once done, manipulate it in order to make the enviroment stormy. Eventually, this clouds shall clear while generating a tornado of F-5 strength which can easily slice trees.
Guess on what are you gonna try it?
