Simply infuse the katon chakra into your lungs and inhaling while molding it with the seals. Then, spit it through the index thumb finger but with less katon chakra so it doesn't ignite and it turns into a lot of ignatable gas ready to be igneted.

Also to set this to fire I could also just send a lightning ball through it and it will explode, or am I wrong?

To surround my opponent in the mist and fire it up with a simple fireball, aswell I think you could spread the mist more out with a simple Fuuton technique, and then fire it up ^^...

Well together with the mist we know what would happen, it will go kaboom.... However I just think that by standing in short range against and opponet and uses this Jutsu it will end up the opponent getting fried, since theres not a big chance for him to escape depends on if he has a jutsu to counter it o.o!.... Well that's the only thing I can figured out right now.

very well, this is a rite of passage of the uchiha clan, the very first kaotn jutsu they learn. It's powerful and need the following row of handseals:

Horse → Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger

Now quickly memorize and perform those seal in order to infuse the air you inhale with katon chakra. Then, make the typical index-thumb finger ring and spit the air through that. As you do, the air shall ignite, apply shape manipulation in order to tunr that fireball into a true orb of fire which can be shot at your opponent.

Okey Sensei *Memorizes the handseals and performs then one by one Horse → Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger as I inhale the air and fuse it with my Katon Chakra, I perform the index-thumb ring and shoots out the fire as I manipulate it to turn into orb of fire, aiming for a nearby tree* o_o, how was that Sensei? it was too small, inhake more and infuse furhter chakra. Don't forget to inhale and do the handseals while molding the katon chakra into your lungs. Then, also, concentrate katon chakra into the index-thumb finger. Apply more chakra and describe the impact on this kankuro-looking dummy.

Ókey Sensei, *Performs the handseals once again while inhalning air and infused it with Katon Chakra, even more than before. Then I make the index-thumb ring and focus some Chakra out in my index-thumb ring. When the air and the Katon Chakra have been mixed together I shoot it out, while I manipulate it to a big fire orb. The impact on the dummy; The whole body have been burned and looks tanned, and a finger went off the dummy* o.o, what about now, Sensei?

Then, quickly peform this handseals *shows them* and channel the katon chakra into that fire lighter in order to, form that flame generate a tall and wide wall of crackling fire.

Umm it's ok, for a first attempt. Try to do it again but this time add more katon chkra and explain how do you manipulate it to enter and expand the flame. Try to be more descriptive. Also de wall should be much taller.
