Hello there ^-^ Ok now tell me what's chakra? From what is chakra formed? How do we ninjas use it?

Chakra : is essential to even the most basic jutsu, it is a mixture of the physical energy present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience.
Chakra Formed : By mixing different ratios of the two energies
we ninja can use chakra to various manipulate the natural elemant such as Wind, Earth, Fire, Lightning and Water.

* woooops *
* start in push up position then seven sensei put a big rock on top of my back and begin to push up... uuuuuhhhhhhh 10 minutes have gone than i've just doing push up 50 times, that's half of it... my sweat start to fall down from all over my body but i still have the power and eager to continue.... 20 minutes pass and it's 85 push up... 15 more push up to go... my strenght begin to decrease but i managed to do 95 push up in 25 minutes... 4... 3.... 2... uuuuhhhh 1 more... and..... 100.......* yipeeeeeee i've done it sensei... 100 push up

That's training, part of the spiritual energy. Now meditate 2 hours about the other part of spiritual energy, channel the chakra all around you body as you make the tiger handseal. Try to mold it while making it run all around you.

*then i close my eyes.. focusing my chakra inside my body... and then channel it to all over part my body from my top of head to my feet finger tip.. and then ... i feel the chakra flowing... then i perform tiger handseal*
*and mold my chakra to make it run constantly within all over my body.... i feel the chakra flow and running constantly all over my body... i feel some power within*
am i doing good sensei...? ^_^

yos sensei....
* i'm focusing again my chakra and concentrating my chakra more futher by doing the meditation deep to my unconsious mind... i feel the chakra beginning flow constantly and make it running rythmatic... i can sense my chakra flows within all over my body while i keep meditating further and further to gain more chakra balancing*

* This ninjutsu was the first that naruto's have... and later on this jutsu was his very skilled jutsu he mastered...this jutsu is exact copy of the user... from their look and personality, from finger tip to head above but unfortunately... in this rank.. the clone is unable to do any ninjutsu*

describe how do you perform the jutsu and what happens not the effects or the theory on hte jutsu. I was thinking more of a E-ranked combo if you could

Ok Sensei.. let me try it...
i focusing my chakra... then i try to manipulate it into humanoid shaped which have head, body,arms and foot... after that i concentrate to shape the humanoid form to look just like me... one by one piece by piece like a sculpture i sculp it part by part from my finger tips to my head above... i do that within my mind so when i summon it... the shape will just look like me... then i use bunshin no jutsu stand/handseal :
* pooooooofs... a little smoke appear infront of me then when the smoke clear... waaaalaaah... a clone looks just like me standing there*
how about it sensei...?
About the E-Rank combo.. hmmm i don't have any Idea about it... maybe a combo between -Henge No Jutsu- and -Gokan Sakusou-
so the user transform into one of the explode kunai and when reached the target 4 of the kunai explode but when the last kunai managed to dodge by the opponent, the user back to his form

Ok now *hands you some chakra reactive senbon* concentrate chakra through them in order to swallow them unharmed. Then, proceed by manioulating that chakra so that you can bring them to your mouth cavity. then spit them at all the bulls-eyes that are on my kankuro looking clone.
