Good, now concentrate your suiton chakra in very great quantities and release and infuse it with humidity in the air. Try to imagine the densest mist you have ever seen and begin to expand and condense the humidity your sution chakra is infused with.

Sorry, I'll rephrase.
Now, as you might now, there's a natural humidity in the air. Some air is dryer than other. Depending on that is the quantity of suiton chakra we liberate through the Kirigakure no jutsu. Now, being this a training ground the humidity of the air is avarage, needing an amount of suiton chakra to be infused with it and later manipulated. What I'm trying to say is that, you release your suiton chakra in such way you generate moisture in the air. In order to do so you can, apart from generating it from your chakra, infuse the chakra with the air so that you can augment the humidity (moisture is the more appropiate word) and thus creat a cloud at the grounds level also called, Mist.

*I concentrate on my suiton chakra and quickly mold it. Then i proceed by releasing the suiton chakra into the air. Carefully manipulating it, and with the picture of a thick pearl-white mist in my head, I begin to both turn portions of my chakra into moisture and other infusing other portions with the moisture in the air. The moisture thickens and begins to create a cloud at the grounds level. Before you know it, I vanish within the white void I have just created.*

By then putting a coat of extra suiton chakra in your lips, you begin to spit that water and it get's turned into a transparent yet sticky liquid which can be spat onto a surface of at the opponent, binding him or chocking him. How can you prevent to get sticked on this?
