Server is too buys error

Has anyone else been getting a "Server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later" error lately?

I've gotten it last night, and again tonight while like...hardly no one is even on. It only effects the forums, but it makes it so I cant do anything for a few minutes. Is this a problem with the actual servers, or with my computer?

(I assume its my computer since I don't think anyone else has had this problem)

Oh...well idk if I consider that good or bad lol.

I mean...at least I know its not just me lol

And its weird...because like...no one is really online when it happens, so you wouldnt think the server would be that busy...

true well when you look around i dont think the place is busy at all...more like a ghost town...lol but any way its getting annoying and i hope this problem gets fixed....*sighs*

well i guess we gotta wait for one of the mods to get on and bring it to there attention or wait and see if the problem gets resolved on its own....with ever is faster...

I'm not totally sure whats going on but i have a theory. I think thats the server is resetting its self automatically every night.

Hmm...odd....well hopefully it doesnt continue to effect people after its done it once O_O

well it might be programed that way by V so that something doesn't go wrong. or it might be a safety self check. we won't really know untill V can tell us

Ah. Well, its not happened again since right before I made this thread....so I'm hoping its done for tonight.

As long as its like a 1-time thing per night, thats fine. I just thought it was a problem with my computer or something.

It's been going on for weeks, always at the same time, and sometimes it will come back for a few minutes, and then just come up with the server is busy crap again.

This is very usual. It's because the server backups the websites that is running on my server and will shut down everything else for minutes to create the backups quicker. Else it would take serveral hours.

Changed the schedule, now we have to wait if it happens again
