The real key, is the Senju/Uzumaki body. He isn't getting the Rinnegan.

Ems is a much larger factor in attaining the Rinnegan than the dna.

Furhermore, Orochimaru can be a source inorder for Sasuke to grasp Senju dna.

well, apart from slightly improved armour and the amaterasu magatama, i think sasuke both suffers from less, or no pain when using ms techniques, and he seems to be much more efficient at using them. he kept up with edo itachi with no sign of fatigue, which is impressive given the techniques he used. he's way stronger now. and the argument that it's full strength has been revealed yet is annoying, but also true lol

All of that fits within the "no-blindness" ability. He doesn't suffer vision drawbacks from using MS techniques; doesn't go blind, doesn't get that massive pain every time he uses them.

Also don't forget Hashirama didn't rely on the kyubi for power. Naruto does and the ems will completely negate that power.

Ems allows constant use of ms abilities,and increases the power of the ms,nothing more,there is no extra powerup,it is called the ETERNAL mangeyko sharingan,because it is still the ms,just eternal and wont close anymore. Sasuke fans assume there is mucj more because they believe his ems is going to make him equal with naruto' current power.
