Seriously speaking, is Naruto even in your top 5 anime?

In my list he is far from it:




1.- Rurouni Kenshin(including Ovas, specially Trust and betrayal).
2.- FMA (both).
3.- Neon Genesis Evangellion.
4.- Code Geass.
5.- Death Note.
6.- Cowboy Bepop.
7.- Ghost in a Shell: Stand alone complex.
8.- Elfen Lied.
9.- Slam Dunk.
10.- DBZ(when i was a child).
11.- Slayers(when i was a child).
12.- Naruto?

I know most of you would think: why you watch i then? Basically just because it started so well, Part one was a masterpiece(with all the ninja aspect of it) and because one character(Itachi), fanboyism aside, i think he is the only original and different character in this series and Shonen types in general, he reminds me a lot of Lelouch(but i wont spoil why), he made me tolerate Shippuden to an extent. I know there are a lot of members just watching the series for the sake of it, i feel Naruto has lost a lot of the things that made part 1 so awesome.

What do you guys think about the latest arc in the story and how the series would fare in your top watched??

I rarely watch animes. But if we're talking about the top 5 mangas, then no. It's not even in my top 10 list.
Here is my list:

1. Berserk
2. Monster
3. Vagabond
4. Blood+
5. Claymore
6. 20th Century boys
7. Gantz
8. Hellsing
9. (edit) Cowboy Bebop
10. Pluto/Code Geass (couldn't decide)

And I agree with that Part 1 was really good. As a matter of fact, it's still one of my favourite mangas. But Shippuden ruined it for me.

well the manga sure is.. i dont watch much anime, but i must confess that thx to the crappy animaion and those endless fillers it sucks the big one now.. i used to be awesome! i really liked inuyasha.
as a manga though it still no. 1 along with berserk^^
