I think Naruto, he's already fast enough to dodge Amaterasu, and he can use clones to attack Sasuke directly if he's using an enton on his Susanoo. With Kurama on his side genjutsu won't work, and he'll complete the TBB. Unless Sasuke got a super badass power-up I can't see him winning. That's just a guess though, until we see what power up Sasuke received these threads are rather pointless.
