Nope. Zetsu said that Itachi was practically invincible with Totsuka Blade and Yata mirror, however, Zetsu is fodder so we know his statement is false. Tobirama and Hashirama couldn't break free. The moment they were revived, Orochimaru immediately put the Kunai inside them and shut off their emotions, so they didn't get the chance to even think about breaking out of it.
