Serious question

So I have been wondering is there a way to control the use of that use the Izanagi or is there a way to like break it up into smaller portions so you don't really lose your eyesight from it. Like maybe could the eternal mangekyo sharingan play a part in using it or what? I mean I know you need harishimas cells and the uchiha

izanagi is like lifes in a vidoe game.

everybody has 3. You must be killed 3 times to actually die.

now imagine what would happen if you could cheat and have infinite lifes?

then you would have become absolutely invincible.

the only way to do have more than 3 lifes is to implant sharingans into your hand.

i don't think this would work, it would be like having infinite lifes.

i think that even with rinnegan you lose eyesight with this jutsu.

I'm not saying to make them invincible I'm just saying to prolong the effects or just use it in short bursts to where it wouldn't actually take the full effect. Like say you are about to get injured really bad and you use it for a quick burst right there then it wouldnt blind you completely it would just be using up some of it. Now it take for example if you used it for a near death situation then that would be using up more of it then you would get blind more. Do you follow me or is it too confusing.

Forget about the video game concept I want you to think about it's like the mangekyo sharingan the harder and more you use it the more it will affect your eyes. Forget about the 3 live it just pretty much save you only for a certain time limit until you use it up which could be months at a time if you use it right.

How do you use it in short bursts? Izanagi basically changes reality like if you die, you get revived because you changed the reality that you died. To use it in short bursts is like I half revive myself or what? Imagine yourself half-dead.

Let's say you could use it partially, then chances are you would be severely injured afterwards anyway so it loses it's purpose. It's either you go blind, or you die. That's it. I think Kishi used the Danzo VS Sasuke fight to make that very clear to us.

Well actually the SO6P used Izanagi all the time according to Tobi.

So it might be a combination of Uchiha + Senju + rinnegan = Izanagi without going blind, but when you -rinnegan and + sharingan you get blindness.

Sort of like however much you give that's how much you gain back. does it make sense now

That doesn't make much sense though, think about it. Death is death no matter how it comes, meaning you'll have to use it the same way each time.

Your about to get your arm cut off then you use it then your arm doesn't get cut off but only injure then that takes a chunk of it away because you used some of it to repair the damage to your arm. Eventually you will overuse it then it will lead to blindness. But I'm saying you could use it in small doses. Please tell me that this makes sense. Given that it is only a theory.

Alright I'll give you that one, this makes a lot more sense. It's probably not gonna happen, but it doesn't seem completely out of the realm of possibility.

But that would be cheap I am speaking more along the lines of someone who doesn't have it mastered. Like people who haven't gotten to unlock the rain again they still have some what of an advantage.
