Okay, I've tried everything short of completly wiping my system (which I haven't done because I don't have an external disk drive to reinstall the software), but if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having, you'd be a life saver.
Okay, no matter what, my net book crashes when ever I'm off the home page of what ever it starts up on. I currently use the most recent version of Mozilla FireFox, and its been crashing almost constantly. I went to try Internet Explorer, but its crashing too. I've defragmented my hardrive, done a disk clean up, but nothing is working; it gets to the point where my entire laptop crashes, and not just the Mozilla/Internet Explore program. I don't know if anyone would be able to help, but I'm using a:
Dell Inspiron 910 mini (what it says on the sticker on the bottom)
