alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your chakra into your hands and then slam them onto the ground and raise a large ridge or hill (plateau) from the ground.

On a side note, you can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

I preform the hand seals and focus the chakra into my hands. My hands slam down on the ground and release the chakra into the earth below me. I use the chakra to raise me high above you with you standing at the base of my plateau.

Alright for this one you form the handseals, focus chakra into your hands and then slam your hands onto the ground and overturn the earth you extract from the ground into a large dumpling-shaped chunk of dirt into the size of a mausoleum. Using immense strength, you can then lift up the ball and hurl it at ur opponent, flattening everything in its path.

Try it out on that column of wooden dummies over there.

I preform the hand seals and focus chakra into my hands. Slamming my hands down I push my chakra into the earth and force out a large dumpling shaped chunk. I lift the earth and hurl it at the dummy, easily crushing it.

I again practice the hand seals as directed. The sequence isn't very difficult and takes me about 20 minutes to perfect. I then show you the seals and wait for the next step.

Alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your earth chakra into your gullet, and then exhale, spitting out mud from your mouth onto the ground. The mud then solidifies into a large, protective wall of earth.

I make the hand signs and focus the chakra into my gullet. The mud is regurgitated out of my mouth and I quickly build a wall of mud in front of me. The mud hardens into a strong wall of earth.

Ewww......I got mud in my mouth.
