Ok so now i spread my chakra uniformly throughout my body once i have done so i slowly release the chakra from all of my body and using this chakra i make it to take the colour of my background and thus blending away with my surroundings.........

Ok so now i start running towards my opponent and as i do this i make multiple shadow clones using the kage bunshin distracting my opponent on who to attack first and just as he reaches his decision i appear at his left side and the ducking down i insert my kunai in his gut.

Ok so now i gather my chakra into my hands and then forming a ball of unstable chakra into my hands i now run towards my opponent and the slam this chakra into his body providing unnecessary surges of chakra and lapses of chakra making it near impossible for the enemy to communicate with any parts of his body
Ok so now i take the balloon from the sensie and then holding it in my hands i channel my chakra into the balloon i keep channeling my chakra into the ballon and then i use shape manipulation to make the chakra to rotate in very high speeds and in different directions at the same time. I continue to do this in vain................after 6 hrs.....i finally get the ballon to stick out in various places and then finally burst and with that i fall on the ground exhausted..........
good, rest and then continue on to burst a rubber ball...

Ok i get up and continue on my training so now i take the rubber ball in my hands and then channel my chakra into it compressing and increasing the power of my chakra i keep pumping in enormous amount of chakra into the rubber now to form a dense chakra flow in the ball which after 4 hrs i am able to create a hole in the rubber ball.............man this rasengan is a real hard thing!!!!
Ok so now i concentrate my chakra into my hands i keep increasing the amount of chakra and also compressing it so that i have dense chakra now i start rotating the chakra fast in the form of a sphere i increase its speed of rotation and also the amount of chakra i pack into it and........ after about 5 hrs of practice .........i now have a sphere of blinding blue light rotating in my palm i keep looking at it mesmerized.........................
ok i take a break of 3 hrs ...............
and return sucking an ice cream and sit continuing my break.........
after i complete my ice cream i then do some warm up and then now i start channeling my chakra into my hands also compressing it in order to make the chakra denser and then i try to rotate this dense chakra faster and faster i keep doing this for the next 2 hrs and then finally i have a sphere of blinding blue light rotating in my palm i keep looking at it mesmerized....

Ok so again i channel a large amount of chakra into my hands and then i continue channeling chakra and concentrating real hard i compress the chakra to attain its densest form once done i now cause this dense chakra to rotate at a very high speed in the shape of a sphere trying very hard to maintain the spherical shape...............now i get a spherical ball in my hand with a blinding blue light and i yell in excitement RASENGAN!!!!!!!
